Unitech Exquisite: buyers beware?

Unitech Exquisite ka toh naam hi kharab hai. Heard about crazy delays. Anyone actually get possession? I'm looking at 3BHK options, but builder ka track record dekh ke dar lagta hai. Is it worth the risk?
