Is Unitech Exquisite still a risky investment?

Since January I've been seriously considering buying a flat in Noida. My budget is tight, so Unitech Exquisite seems tempting. But honestly, I've heard horror stories about their on-time delivery. Has anyone recently bought there? I'm worried about construction quality too – are there hidden costs that pop up later? Should I look elsewhere even if it means stretching my EMI? What's the actual carpet area like? My parents keep saying to avoid Unitech, but the price is so good. Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
