Is anyone else dealing with endless snag list issues after getting possession at Altus Ecoglades? We moved in about six months back and honestly, it's been one problem after another. The brochure promised premium fittings but bathroom taps are already corroding, and there's clear seepage near the balcony door on our 4th floor flat. My parents keep saying this is normal for new builds, but it shouldn't be for what we paid, right? The 'full power backup' is only for common areas, not even a single AC point. I'm so frustrated with Altus; it feels like they just rushed to get the OC. What did you guys do to get them to actually fix things properly without endless follow-ups?
