₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, Rajkot — it felt like a fair deal 2 years back. Humne possession liya 6 months pehle, family ke liye move kiya. But honestly, day-to-day mein construction quality ke issues dikh rahe hain. Kids ke room mein wall se seepage aa gayi pehli baarish mein hi. Bathroom ke fittings bhi loose ho gaye, taps leak karte hain. Meri wife ko toh safety ki bhi tension hai, especially for the children. Electric switches bhi cheap lagte hain, kuch toh kaam hi nahi karte. Yeh sab minor lagta hai but daily life mein bohot pareshaan karta hai. Is this normal for new constructions in Rajkot? What's the best way to get these fixed post-possession? Builder ki after-sales service kaisi hai?
