6 months in Gaursons Atulyam, facing issues

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Gaursons Atulyam, Noida Extension, and now I'm seeing so many issues just 6 months post-possession. Plaster mein cracks aa rahe hain, kitchen fittings loose hain, aur bathroom mein seepage ki problem shuru ho gayi hai. Builder ko call karo toh they just delay. My parents bolte hain pehli property mein aisa hota hi hai, but honestly, I had no idea it'd be this bad. Is this normal construction quality for Noida Extension? What did you guys do about your snag list items? Koi effective way hai builder se kaam karwane ka?
