6 months in Sector 65 — here's the real truth

Just moved into my M3M project in Sector 65 last month. Everyone glorifies these big builders, but the construction quality is shocking. Plaster cracks, seepage already, yaar? Aur post-possession maintenance charges toh bilkul extortion lagte hain. Things nobody told me. Is this common for M3M projects, ya sirf mera experience aisa hai? Change my mind.
