6 months into my Signature Global Synera 2BHK and honestly, the difference between the sales brochure and reality is jarring. The clubhouse they showed? Barely functional... Already seeing minor cracks and fitting issues, which worries me for a new build. Are the high maintenance charges ever worth it, or just for show? Is this normal for Gurgaon projects?

Totally relate, yaar! I was looking at Signature Global projects too, especially in that Gurgaon corridor. The sales pitch is always so polished, but the ground reality... sigh. Cracks so soon? That's really worrying for a new project. Builder ki reputation ka kya hoga?
Haan, bilkul! My friend bought a flat from them in another project, and the lift issues started within a year. It's like they just rush to complete and then forget about quality. Builder ka track record ab toh sabke saamne hai.
