Been looking for 6 months now and honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed. I'm a first-time buyer in Pune, checking out Pimpri for a 2 BHK. Dasnurkar Associates have a project there, but I'm not sure how to really shortlist. My budget is around ₹78L. What are the absolute must-check things during a site visit? Like, beyond just the sample flat. Should I be asking about the specific flat's facing, view, or potential for future construction blockages? My parents keep saying location is everything, but what about the builder's reputation for delivery and quality? Is it worth paying a premium for a higher floor? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, any advice on what to prioritize?

Bhai, exactly my feelings! Pimpri mein itne projects hain, sab ek jaise lagte hain. Dasnurkar Associates ka toh naam suna hai but reviews mixed hain. Site visit ke time sach mein kya kya dekhna chahiye? Main toh sirf sample flat ki chamak-dhamak mein kho jaata hoon. Budget bhi tight hai, 78L mein Pimpri mein 2BHK achha milna mushkil lag raha hai.
