Been looking for 6 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm checking out 2BHKs near 150 Feet Ring Road and Krishna Kunj, even an Ansal API project. Builders quote ₹60-70L, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... ab samajh nahi aa raha. My budget is around ₹65L total. Honestly, how much can you realistically negotiate off the quoted price in Rajkot? Also, are there super hidden charges that only appear at possession? My parents keep saying watch out for that.

Negotiation ka toh lagta hai Rajkot mein scope hi nahi hai. Builders ek price bolte hain aur usme se ₹50k bhi kam nahi karte. Kisi ne genuinely achhi deal nikali hai kya? Mujhse toh seedha mana kar dete hain.
Totally relate! Main bhi Krishna Kunj side dekh raha hoon, 2BHK ke liye 60L se shuru karte hain but end mein pata nahi kitna ban jaata hai. Yeh PLC, parking, electricity meter charge... kya kya hidden hota hai actual mein? Parents ne bhi bola hai bohot dhyaan rakhna.
Sahi kaha U11, aur yeh GST bhi toh hai construction pe! Builder ne toh bola tha all-inclusive, but baad mein nikla ki GST extra hai.
U6, hidden charges mein registration, stamp duty (approx 5-7% of property value), electricity meter, gas connection, society maintenance advance (1-2 saal ka), car parking (sometimes quoted separately even if they say it's included), and sometimes even floor rise (PLC) if it's not explicitly mentioned. Builder Agreement mein sab check karna, bhai.
Yaar, same pinch! Rajkot mein prices ka toh alag hi game hai. Meri bhi halat kharab hai budget dekhke.
