Logix Blossom Greens or Elixir Windz? Confused!

Honestly not sure which way to go. Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house. Looking at smaller flats in Noida, something manageable. Elixir Windz is completed, but Logix Blossom Greens is ready to move too. Has anyone compared the maintenance charges? Kya kisi ko pata hai which has better resale value down the line? Don't need fancy amenities, just a good lift and proximity to a hospital is important. Should I prioritize ready to move over price?
