Delay in Project Approvals Concerns Noida Developers

**Noida folks, dhyan dijiye!** Developers are sweating it out in Noida, with project approvals facing major delays. This isn't just builder problems, folks — it directly impacts project timelines and, you guessed it, increases costs. Industry groups are in talks with the government to speed things up. Seedhi baat, delays often translate to higher prices for us buyers. The longer it takes to get approvals, the more developers spend, and guess who ultimately pays? So, is this delay in project approvals good news or bad news for those looking to buy property in Noida? Sochiye zaroor.

Don't just look at the promised amenities, check the quality of construction too! I visited a project in Sector 143 and the finishing was terrible.

It's not just Noida. The whole NCR region is facing similar issues. Ghaziabad, Faridabad... sab jagah yahi haal hai.

At the end of the day, it's a gamble. High risk, high reward. But do your homework before you invest!

So, what's the update on the industry groups talking to the government? Any progress?

I bought in Sector 150 three years ago, and I'm still waiting for the clubhouse to be completed. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.

The new metro line extension might offset some of the price increases. Connectivity is a big factor.

Seedhi baat no bakwas. Delay matlab builder ke maze aur buyer ki barbaadi.

So what's the solution? Should we wait for the market to stabilize or buy now before prices go up further? Confused!

U4, that's the million-dollar question! No one knows for sure. But personally, I'd wait a few months and see how things pan out.

U11, Airport ke aas paas wale projects are generally faster. But still, do your due diligence. Check RERA registration and builder's track record.

Good point, U12. Jewar airport ke pass land acquisition bhi complicated hai. Check thoroughly before investing.

Impact toh sab sectors pe padega. Material costs are also up, so prices are definitely going to increase.

Bhai, which builder is the worst offender? I'm trying to avoid the problematic ones.

U15, look up the RERA records online. You can see which projects are delayed and which builders have the most complaints.

Sector 75 mein ek project dekha tha. They promised possession in 2022. Abhi tak foundation bhi nahi bana! RERA mein complaint karna chahiye kya?

K
Kavya Tandon13h ago

U6, RERA is your only hope. File a complaint ASAP. But don't expect miracles.

Haan, RERA mein complaint toh kar sakte ho, but implementation slow hai yaar.

This is a cycle. Election ke time pe sab fast-fast approvals dete hain, fir sab slow ho jata hai. Expect more delays after the elections.

Kismat kharab hai Noida mein property lene walon ki. Greater Noida mein bhi same haal hai.

Is this impacting all sectors or just certain ones? I'm looking at something near the new Jewar airport. Should I be concerned?

Totally bad news! Bhai, delay matlab paisa zyada. I bought in 2018 and the possession is still pending. Kya faida hua itna jaldi book karke?

I
Inderpreet Singh13h ago

I agree with U1. These delays are ridiculous. Noida Authority should be held accountable. Corruption hai upar se neeche tak.

d
deepika.narula.78913h ago

Exactly! Authority toh sirf paise banane mein lagi hai. Koi accountability nahi hai.

U2, U3, sahi baat hai. Mera bhi experience same hai. Chakkar lagate raho, koi sunwai nahi hoti.

Good news for those who already own property. Supply kam hogi, prices badhenge! But definitely bad news for new buyers.
