NRI Noida investment: Kingson vs Sai Galaxy - confused!

I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Can't really do site visits, so relying on you guys. Kingson The Home is completed, which is a plus. Sai Elite Galaxy, I'm not sure about the builder track record. Kingson's price looks attractive, but is it really? Heard carpet area is less than advertised. Anyone owning there, what's the reality? Sai Galaxy claims bigger apartments, but possession status kya hai? Rental potential wise, which is better? I need a property manager eventually. Honestly not sure which one offers better ROI in the long run. Change my mind! Disagree? Tell me why.
