Parsvnath Srishti - is it worth the risk?

Parsvnath Srishti, Sector 92... considering it since the kids have moved out and we don't need such a big place anymore. Has anyone dealt with Parsvnath Developers recently? Heard about on-time delivery issues. Construction quality sahi hai kya? Resale of existing property is riding on this.
