Parsvnath Srishti: Is it worth the risk?

Okay I'll be honest, I'm a little scared of investing after hearing stories. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a bigger place. Parsvnath Srishti mein flats dekhe, price theek thaak hai. But builder ka reputation is a bit scary, no? Heard about major possession delays. Has anyone actually received OC? And construction quality kaisi hai, matlab plaster cracks vagera toh nahi aate na? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Someone told me resale value bhi low hai. Should I even consider it, or am I asking for trouble? Is it worth saving some money if the risk is too high?
