NRI Dilemma: Noida investment from Dubai?

I'm based in Dubai, looking at Noida for investment. Amrapali Crystal Homes is ready to move, but Sai Elite Galaxy looks cheaper per sqft. Can't do a site inspection myself, worried about quality. Is ready-to-move worth the premium, or is it a gamble? Need property managers too. Thoughts?
