Parsvnath Srishti: Buyer beware, seriously low ratings.

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a bigger space. Already have a home loan, so EMI isn't the biggest issue. But I'm seeing some crazy price jumps for 3BHKs. I'm seeing Parsvnath Srishti offering some relatively cheaper options, but the reviews online are scary. Matlab, on-time delivery ka toh scene hi nahi hai? Heard horror stories about possession experience. Hidden charges nikal aate hain? PLC and all that. And construction quality...plaster cracks and seepage? Is it worth the risk to save some money? What does the community think? Any owners willing to share their experience? Should I just stick with a more expensive builder?
