Is Parsvnath Srishti worth the risk?

I'm based in Dubai and can't visit Noida easily. Heard Parsvnath Srishti had major delays. Any truth to that? I need a property manager, so timely possession is critical. Also, builder ka track record kya hai with RERA compliance? Need legal clarity before investing. Hope this helps someone.
