Noida property scene - who to trust, honestly?

Parsvnath Srishti mein, I've heard on-time delivery kaafi problematic hai. Customer support bhi doesn't seem responsive after booking. Anyone faced hidden charges with Parsvnath? My parents are suggesting other builders. Ab samajh nahi aa raha. What's your experience? Should I consider resale value?
