Need to decide soon, kids' school admission depends on it. Heard Parsvnath Srishti mein construction quality issues hain, like seepage. Anyone faced that? My wife's priority is a safe gated community. What about possession delays with them? Also, someone told me about hidden charges at the time of possession. Is it worth the risk, or should I look elsewhere? Any suggestions?
