3C Lotus Panache: Anyone know about 3C Company?

Found this video of 3C Lotus Panache in Sector 110, Noida. Looks decent, but I'm more concerned about the builder, 3C Company. Anyone have experience with them? The video doesn't really show construction quality up close. Heard some stories about delays in other projects... are they reliable with possession? The location seems great, but builder reputation is key. What's your take on 3C's past projects and delivery timelines?
