Ready to move in Noida - which project is better?

Honestly, I'm confused between RN Amod Residency and Vihaan 107. Amod is cheaper, but Vihaan seems to have better construction quality, from what I hear. Carpet area efficiency in Vihaan is supposedly better too. Which one would you pick for long-term investment in Noida? I need help deciding!
