Finally bought in Noida! Now kicking myself a bit...

Just moved into Swaraj Homes. Rate toh sahi tha, but carpet area is less than expected. ACE Parkway seemed expensive initially, but maybe it's worth it for the extra space? Location wise, both are fine for metro connectivity. Should've considered the resale value angle better. What do you guys think? Did I make a mistake not stretching for Parkway? What are your experiences?
