Antriksh Golf View II mein, I'm worried about the actual possession timeline, even though it's 'completed'. Is the peace of mind of ready possession worth the higher price per sqft in Ultima Heights? Also, anyone know how the maintenance charges compare? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega?
