Swaraj Homes or Antriksh Golf View II - which one to pick?

Which one would you guys pick for investment in Noida? I'm confused between Swaraj Homes Shatabdi Enclave and Antriksh Golf View II. Swaraj Homes is ready to move, so no risk of delay. Price bhi kam hai. But I'm worried about appreciation potential. Antriksh Golf View II is a bit more expensive, but I think it might give better ROI in the long run. Carpet area efficiency wise, does anyone know which one is better? Also, heard mixed reviews about Antriksh's maintenance. Swaraj Homes seems decent, but amenities are basic. I'm thinking of renting it out later. What's the rental yield like for both? What does the community think? Vote now!
