Ready to move is always better than under construction.

Kids have moved out, and I don't need such a big place anymore. I'm thinking of selling my house and buying a smaller flat in Noida. I'm looking at Sai Dham Infra Projects Greens and VRSA The Ultima Heights. Honestly, I'm leaning towards VRSA. Sai Dham Infra Projects Greens is under construction, right? I'm done with that jhanjhat. Ready to move is the only way to go, especially at my age. Don't want to deal with possession delays and all that. VRSA is ready to move. Matlab, less risk, right? I'm thinking resale of existing property se jo paisa aayega, seedha invest kar dunga. Change my mind. Am I being too hasty?
