Experion Saatori vs Other Noida Expressway Options?

Dekha yeh video Experion Saatori Sector 151 Noida Expressway pe. Looks like they're pitching low-density living with bigger 3 & 4 BHKs. Location toh seems good, near the expressway and all. But is it really worth the premium compared to other projects around Pari Chowk? My budget is around that range, so I'm trying to figure out the best ROI. Any thoughts on how this compares to, say, Godrej or ATS projects nearby? Kya bolte ho sab?
