Amrapali Dream Valley 2: Delivery timelines realistic?

Saw this video of Amrapali Dream Valley 2 in Noida Extension. They're saying 3 BHK for around 6500 per sqft. Seems decent, but I'm worried about possession. The video shows some construction progress, but Amrapali's history is a concern, right? Anyone invested in this project or other NBCC-revived Amrapali projects? Are they actually delivering on time these days? Or should I look elsewhere in Greater Noida West?
