Been renting for almost 7 years now and honestly, I'm just fed up. Landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge to buy in Noida. I'm looking at Mahagun Mywoods Phase 3 and Radicon Vedantam Phase 2. Both are completed, which is great, but I'm trying to figure out which makes more sense. My budget is around 70-80L. For Mahagun Mywoods, what's the actual total cost of ownership after stamp duty, registration, and interiors? Is the quoted price realistic or are there many hidden charges? And for Radicon Vedantam, given its wide price range, how's the 5-year appreciation looking? Is one a clearly better investment than the other for capital gains? Any thoughts on maintenance charges for either? Don't want surprises later.

Sahi baat hai, renting se better hai apna ghar. But Mahagun Mywoods ke liye, jo quoted price hai, usme bahut hidden charges hote hain bhai. Builder toh hamesha kam batata hai. Stamp duty, registration, club membership, IFMS, power backup, parking... sab milake 10-15% extra pakad ke chalo. Did you factor that in?
Absolutely right! My cousin bought a 2
Yaar, totally understand your frustration! Renting is just throwing money away. Good decision to finally buy. Mahagun Mywoods Phase 3 sounds like a decent option, especially since it's completed. At least you won't face possession delays like so many others. That's a huge relief for first-time buyers.
