Gulshan Avante: Gulshan Group reliable hai kya?

This Gulshan Avante video looks nice, with those French designs. 4 Cr starting price is hefty though! I'm mainly concerned about Gulshan Group's past projects. Video mein toh sab achha dikhate hain. Anyone here have experience with their deliveries or construction quality? Heard some projects get delayed. Noida Extension mein itna competition hai, soch samajh ke invest karna hai. Any thoughts?
