₹75L for a 3BHK in Saini Majra — what's the real deal?
₹50,000 rent every month for a 3BHK in Mohali has finally pushed me to buy. Fed up of renting, I'm now looking at properties in New Chandigarh, especially around Saini Majra. Builders like X Ecosystem Solutions Llp show a base price, but what about the actual 'all-in' cost? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, maintenance — yeh sab kitna add ho jata hai? Not sure if the ₹75L for a 3BHK is just a starting point. Any hidden charges that only pop up near possession? Also, is there any price correction happening in Chandigarh, ya sab upar hi ja raha hai? I'm looking for zones jahan abhi bhi value mil sakti hai for an end-user, not just investors. Mohali and Zirakpur prices seem quite high already. Should I consider something slightly further out for better value, ya fir wait karna chahiye? Any advice on where to find good deals?

Kitna extra lag jata hai actual mein after stamp duty, registration, etc.? Saini Majra sounds good but yeh builders ka game samajh nahi aata.
