Which ready-to-move society is actually good?

Kids have moved out, toh soch rahe hai Noida mein chota flat le le. Don't need such a big place anymore. Resale of existing property is almost done. I'm looking at ready-to-move options only, no time for under-construction jhanjhat. GBG Residency looks decent, but I'm worried about the maintenance. Heard some not-so-good things. Antriksh Grand View is pricier, almost double, but maybe worth it for the amenities? Carpet area efficiency is important, want something manageable, not wasting space. Hospital should be nearby. Honestly not sure if the extra cost in Antriksh is justified. Anyone have experience with either society? What's the real maintenance cost in GBG? Investment wise, which has better resale value in 5 years, I wonder?
