40 saal ek bade ghar mein rehne ke baad, ab Jain Homes 1 mein ek 2BHK dekh raha hoon. Kids bade ho gaye, ab bas chhota, manageable flat chahiye. Builder brochures mein toh sab green spaces aur fancy clubhouse dikhate hain, par real mein kya woh sab use hota hai? Ya sirf show-off ke liye? Everyone glorifies these projects, but nobody talks about what happens after a year. Sunte hain cracks aane lagte hain, seepage ki problem. Maintenance charges bhi bohot high hote hain, par service zero. I mean, after selling our big house, I don't want daily hassles. I'm looking for peace, not more problems. Ghaziabad mein Jain Homes 1 ka actual rehne ka experience kaisa hai? Change my mind.

OP, pehle toh ye clear karo ki ₹78 lakh kis basis pe bol rahe ho? Jain Homes 1 ka actual RERA approved price range ₹10-12 lakh hai. Aur iska RERA status 'Rera Not Required' hai, which is also strange for a completed project. Kya aapne site
Price ka toh nahi pata, par OP ki frustration samajh sakta hoon. Builder brochures mein sab dreamland dikhate hain, real life mein sab scam lagta hai. Maintenance aur quality issues toh har dusre project mein hain, yeh sirf Jain Homes 1 ki kahani nahi hai.
Aur parking ka issue toh common hai, sab projects mein. Builder bolte kuch hain, dete kuch aur hain.
Absolutely, bhai! Mere dost ne Achchheja mein ek flat liya tha, 2 saal se possession delay ho raha hai. Aur jab mila toh finish quality itni kharab thi ki kya bataun. Builder bas paise leke bhagna chahte hain, after-sales service zero.
₹78 lakh? Jain Homes 1 ka price toh ₹10-12 lakh tha bhai! Kahan se aaya ye figure? Aisa lagta hai aapko galat information mili hai.

Haan, exactly! Official sources pe bhi ₹10-12L hi dikha raha hai for Jain Homes 1. Kahin OP ne koi aur project toh nahi dekh liya ya shayad bahut purani information hai. ₹78L toh Ghaziabad mein 2BHK ke liye kuch zyada hi hai, unless it's a super luxury high-rise.
