Hilston vs Maghad: Which Noida project has better carpet?

Which project gives more bang for your buck, space-wise? I'm hearing different things about carpet area in Noida. Hilston By Urbtech is ready to move, so what you see is what you get, right? But Buildcon Maghad Mansion, being under construction, maybe has better potential for optimization? Matlab, can they tweak the design to maximize space? I'm really confused. Also, anyone living in Hilston? How's the actual usable space compared to what they promised? And for Maghad, any idea about the floor plan efficiency? Which one's a better investment if I value space over everything else? Need help deciding, community! What are your thoughts?
