GBG Residency or Jaypee Knights Court for family?

Confused between GBG Infratech GBG Residency and Jaypee Knights Court. Both ready to move flats in Noida. GBG seems more affordable, which is a plus, but my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Knights Court obviously has a premium price tag. I'm looking at 3BHK options in both. Carpet area efficiency matters a lot – don't want wasted space. Also, school proximity is important for kids' school admission. Anyone has experience with these projects?
