8 months at Maitri: Seeing cracks already
8 months into our new flat at Maitri Apartments, and I'm already seeing cracks near the window frames. Honestly, everyone talks about the 'great location' and 'fancy clubhouse' but nobody really mentions the actual build quality after a few months. I had no idea it could be this bad, my parents keep saying we rushed it. Okay, I'll say what no one says: these high-rise builders are cutting corners big time.
