Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, maybe Basantpur Saitli. Honestly, people glorify negotiation, but I think it's mostly a myth with new projects here. Builders, even a Reputed Builder, won't drop prices much. Is pre-launch truly a discount, or just a marketing tactic for higher PLCs? Change my mind.

Bhai, you're not alone! I'm also looking in Ghaziabad, near Ahinsa Khand 1, and it's the same story. These builders have fixed rates, especially for new launches. They just say 'market rate' and won't budge. Lagta hai pre-launch offers bas dikhawa hai.
Exactly! Aur upar se maintenance, club membership, electricity meter charges... list lamba hai. Sab hidden cost mein daal dete hain.
