Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm visiting Ansal API's site near Krishna Kunj soon. What should I specifically look for during a site visit, especially for under-construction projects? How do you really check delivery risk?

Sabse pehle toh construction quality dekho. Jo sample flat dikhate hain, woh real site se kitna alag hai. Aur delivery risk ke liye, builder ka financial stability check karna bahut zaroori hai. Ask for their audited financials
