Been looking for 8 months now, it's exhausting. Kids ke school admission ka tension hai, 3BHK pakka chahiye. Noida Extension, Sector 150 mein projects dekhe hain. Jewar Airport ka real impact kitna hoga? Families ke liye kaun sa sector best hai long-term, safety aur appreciation ke liye? Prices peak kar gaye kya?

Current market conditions mein, especially for first-time buyers, Noida Extension mein rates 4500-6000/sqft chal rahe hain for decent projects, while Sector 150 easily goes 7000-9000/sqft. Appreciation wise, Sector 150 ka upside abhi bhi hai due to planned infra, but Noida Extension mein already kaafi growth ho chuki hai. Prices peak kar gaye hain bolna galat hoga, but definitely high side par hain. Don't fall for pre-launch hype anymore, only RERA approved projects with good construction progress.
U8, safety ab Noida Extension mein bhi kaafi improve ho gayi hai, especially gated communities mein. Jabse Expressways aur connectivity badhi hai, police patrolling bhi better hui hai. Haan, Sector 150 is definitely planned better with wider roads and open spaces, but you pay a premium for that. Agar budget constraint hai, toh developed pockets within Noida Extension like near Alpha I Greater Noida ya Alpha II Commercial Belt ke paas wale projects dekh sakte ho, wahan families kaafi settled hain aur security bhi achhi hai.
Sahi kaha aapne, rates mein bahut difference hai. But long-term family ke liye safety ka kya? Noida Extension mein kuch areas mein security ka issue suna hai, especially late nights. Sector 150 seems more secure overall, agreed?
Sector 150 is premium for sure, but Noida Extension mein value for money better mil sakta hai agar thoda adjust kar lo connectivity wise.
Maine bhi Noida Extension mein ek project dekha tha, builder ne bola 2 saal mein possession, ab 4 ho gaye hain aur abhi tak kuch pakka nahi hai. Builder ka track record check karna bahut zaroori hai. Sirf price mat dekho, delivery aur quality bhi dekho, warna phans jaoge.

Families ke liye, Sector 150 is good for amenities and greenery, but it's still developing in terms of daily needs like local markets and small shops. Noida Extension mein options milenge budget mein, but quality check aur builder ka track record bahut zaroori hai. Ajayabpur ke paas bhi kuch projects hain jo long-term mein theek lag rahe hain agar budget thoda tight hai.
U6, Ajayabpur mein Alistonia Estate ke paas kuch plots aur low-rise developments chal rahe hain. Builder ki credibility check karna bahut important hai. Proper apartments toh abhi kam hi hain wahan, mostly independent floors ya plots hain.
Ajayabpur mein kaunse projects hain jo aapko theek lage hain? Maine toh wahan zyada options dekhe nahi, bas plots hi plots dikhe hain.

Noida Extension mein maine bhi kuch options dekhe, but prices sunke dimaag ghoom jaata hai. Lagta hai sab peak par hi hai, aur hum first-time buyers ko toh koi value mil hi nahi rahi.
