8 years of renting, finally buying property

After 8 years of renting, I'm done with landlords. Finally looking to invest. Nimi Symbolic Homes is completed, but is the rental yield actually good? And what about resale liquidity? Feels like it could be a ghost society. Prove me wrong.

Totally agree, Nimi Symbolic Homes ka naam toh suna hai but kabhi koi rehta hua nahi dikha. Ghost society wali vibe toh pakka hai. Dar lagta hai aise projects mein invest karte hue.

Sahi keh rahe ho. I went to see it last year. Roads were okay but no shops nearby, no proper market. Felt very isolated. Rental ke liye families prefer convenience, not such remote places.
