₹1.8 crore for a Prestige 3BHK near Sankey Road, that's what they quoted. 8 saal se renting kar raha hoon, ab bas ho gaya, finally property lene ka soch raha. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr, but negotiation kitna possible hai in Bengaluru? Matlab, can you really knock off a good chunk? Aur yeh super area vs carpet area ka chakkar... Prestige sales rep ne bola 1800 sqft, but carpet area toh bohot kam lag raha. Is there a trick to check this properly before signing? Don't want any hidden charges later, yaar.

Bhai, 1.8 Cr for Prestige near Sankey Road sounds a bit steep, even for that location. My budget is also tight around 1.4-1.5 Cr and builders in Bengaluru are generally very rigid. Negotiation ke chances kitne hote hain sach mein? I'm also a first-time buyer and scared of overpaying.
Absolutely! Builders yahan bilkul nahi hilte. I tried negotiating for a flat in Akshayanagar, they barely budged 50k
