Godrej Tropical Isle - Legit investment or nah?

Hey guys, kisi ne yeh Noida Expressway wale Godrej Tropical Isle ka video dekha? They're saying 1.75-2.25 Cr mein new launch hai. I'm seriously considering it, location wise toh mast lag raha hai. But honestly not sure about Godrej Properties in Noida. Has anyone invested in their projects before? Good or bad experiences? Trying to figure out if it's worth the EMI. Kya opinion hai aap logon ka?
