DLF Aralias Gurgaon: 13.5cr for 5800 sqft - Worth it?

Hey guys, saw this video of DLF Aralias in Gurgaon. They're asking 13.5cr for a 5800 sqft simplex, and rent is around 3L + maintenance. Seems pretty steep, even for Golf Link Road. Anyone have insights on prices there? Are the amenities and location really worth that much of a premium? Honestly not sure if the ROI is there. What do you all think about the value for money here?
