Upgrading in Noida - ATS or Unnati, which way to go?

Currently in a 2BHK. Thinking of upgrading. ATS Le Grandiose is ready to move, but it's costly. Unnati The Aranya Phase 1 is also ready but amenities are basic. Is the price jump for ATS worth it for better resale? Already have a home loan. Community, what do you think?
