DLF Primus Gurgaon - Possession timeline realistic?

Hey guys, found this video of DLF The Primus in Gurgaon 82A. Looks nice, 3BHK for around 2.75 CR. But I'm worried about the possession. Video mein toh ready apartment dikha raha hai, but DLF kaafi delay karte hain, right? Anyone invested in DLF projects before? Were the timelines met, or should I expect delays?
