₹88 lakh for a 2BHK in Gnana Bharathi – is this the new normal? I'm a first-time buyer, aur bahut confusion hai. Dekh raha hoon Jai Shelters ke naye projects, but resale options bhi hain. Not sure which way to go. Naye mein toh bahut hidden costs hote hain na? Stamp duty, registration, interiors, GST... kitna extra budget karna padega beyond the property price, yaar? Parents bolte hain resale mein legal issues ka darr rehta hai. But new launch mein delivery risk bhi toh hai. Which one is actually safer for a first-timer? Kya aap log suggest karte ho?

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! 88 lakh for a 2BHK in Gnana Bharathi sounds crazy expensive. I was looking at something similar near Akshayanagar and it was already touching 75-80L. Hidden costs are a nightmare. Builder brochure mein toh bas base price dikhate hain, par jab final bill aata hai, itna GST, amenities, car parking, electrical charges... dimag kharab ho jaata hai.
