Agreed with the concerns. But is there any data on recent sales in the exact vicinity? And what about the maintenance charges for these Palm Floors? Those eat into rental yield a lot. Any idea about the per sqft rate they are
Exactly! Ye price toh Baharampur Naya mein bhi nahi milta itna high. DLF Phase 3 is good, no doubt, but for investment, you need growth potential. Yahan se aur kitna badhega? Liquidity bhi question mark hai for such high-ticket properties.
Bhai, 8.93 Cr for a floor? Capital appreciation toh doubt hai at this price point. Rental yield bhi mushkil hai.
