₹8k for maintenance, just three months after possession at SLS Elite Homes, is too much, yaar. Clubhouse abhi tak functional nahi hai, swimming pool bhi band hai. Builder ne bola tha world-class amenities milengi. Resale value pe kya impact hoga, aur tenants ko kya bolenge? Kisi aur ne bhi yeh maintenance charges vs. actual service quality issue face kiya hai?

It's definitely a tough spot. On one hand, maintenance is needed for basic services like security and common area cleaning, even if amenities aren't ready. But ₹8k for a place with 20 units and no functional club is steep. Have you tried approaching the builder collectively or sending a formal notice? Sometimes that gets their attention.
Yaar, same pinch! I booked a flat in Adigara Kallahalli two years back, builder was SuperTech. Promised a fully functional gym and club by possession. Ab tak bas ek empty shell hai. We pay ₹6k maintenance, but for what? Security and basic cleaning, that's it. This SLS Elite Homes thing sounds all too familiar.
Bangalore market mein yeh fraud bahut chal raha hai. Builders cutting corners everywhere.
Oh no, SuperTech ka toh naam hi kharab hai. But ₹6k is also a lot! Kya koi legal recourse liya tum logon ne? Like, can we form a resident's association and push them?
Bhai, ye toh common ho gaya hai. Did anyone check the RERA documents for SLS Elite Homes? Sometimes the amenity completion dates are mentioned there. Ya phir builder ka track record kaisa hai?
Sahi baat hai, RERA bhi bas formality reh gaya hai kai baar.
RERA docs mein toh sab smooth dikhate hain, but reality is different. My cousin had a similar problem with a project near Aavalahalli. Builder delayed amenities for 2 years post-possession. They just drag it out till people give up. ₹8k for nothing is daylight robbery.
Totally agree, U1! Yeh toh scam lag raha hai. My friend bought in Akshayanagar, same issue, builder promised the moon and delivered dust. ₹8k is crazy for a project with only 20 units, I thought SLS Elite Homes was better.
Exactly! I was looking at SLS Elite Homes too, but the price range ₹53 L – ₹71 L seemed a bit high for the area, especially with only 20 units. Is this a common issue with smaller projects?
Haan yaar, builders bas hype karte hain. ₹8k is almost like an EMI for some people!
