₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj feels like a big jump from my current 2BHK on Kalawad Road. I'm thinking of upgrading, but honestly, is the premium justified? Builder ne bola water supply 24/7 hai and power cuts are rare, but I'm not sure. My friend in Mota Mava complains a lot about voltage fluctuations and borewell dependency. Already have a home loan going on, so don't want any hidden surprises. Is the municipal water supply actually reliable in Krishna Kunj, ya phir tanker se kaam chalana padega? And power backup ka kya scene hai? Builders promise DG, but how often does it actually kick in, and for how long? Yaar, it's a big investment, not sure if it's worth the added stress.
