I'm eyeing it purely as an investment, hoping for decent capital appreciation over 5-7 years. But, builder ka delivery track record kitna reliable hai? Heard some mixed reviews about past projects. Also, what kind of rental yield can one realistically expect from a 2BHK in that area? Not sure if it'll cover a good chunk of my EMI.
