Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Ghaziabad, and Aadi Best Consortium Rishabh Cloud 9 Towers looks decent on paper. I'm an investor, so construction quality and actual amenities really matter for future resale and tenant appeal. Has anyone here bought or lived in Rishabh Cloud 9? What's the real story with construction quality after a year or two? I'm talking about cracks, seepage, stuff like that. Also, the brochure promises a lot of amenities, but are they actually delivered and maintained well? Or do clubhouses just become ghost facilities adding to maintenance costs for no real ROI? Honestly not sure if the premium for these things is worth it in the long run.
